Return Policy

If a product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to a manufacturing error, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery, providing clear photographs and a description of the issue. Upon verification, we will coordinate with our fulfillment partner to arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Chess Art Store does not process refunds or replacements directly; all such requests are managed through our fulfillment partner.

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons including but not limited to:

•⁠  ⁠Incorrect size or color selection
•⁠  ⁠Buyer’s remorse
•⁠  ⁠Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

If an order is lost in transit (not marked as delivered by the carrier), please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement. If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, Chess Art Store is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost items. Please check with your local postal service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chess Art Store and its fulfillment partner, Printful, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our products or services.
