We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, due to variations in display settings and production processes, slight differences in color, design, or appearance may occur. Such variations do not constitute defects or grounds for returns.

### 3. *Order Placement and Payment*

*3.1. Order Acceptance*

All orders are subject to acceptance by Chess Art Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, there are errors in pricing or product descriptions, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

### 4. *Shipping and Delivery*

*4.1. Fulfillment and Shipping*

Orders are fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs vary based on the destination and shipping method selected. Estimated delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.

*4.2. International Shipping*

For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Chess Art Store is not liable for delays or additional charges incurred due to customs processing.

### 5. *Returns, Refunds, and Replacements*

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for reasons including but not limited to:

Upon verification, we will coordinate with Printful to arrange a replacement at no additional cost. Chess Art Store does not process refunds or replacements directly; all such requests are managed through Printful.

*5.3. Lost or Undelivered Orders*

If an order is lost in transit (not marked as delivered by the carrier), please contact us within *30 days* of the estimated delivery date. We will work with Printful to investigate and, if necessary, issue a replacement. If an order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, Chess Art Store is not responsible for stolen, misplaced, or lost items. Please check with your local postal service.

### 6. *Limitation of Liability*
